For certain countries, the Conference Organisers offer the unique opportunity to register for the Excellence in Rheumatology by contacting a designated local representative. Please refer to the list below to check if you have the opportunity to arrange your registration and travel in a faster and easier way.

For written cancellations or alterations* received:

All refunds will be processed two (2) months after the conclusion of the Conference.

* In case of alteration, a duly filled in Registration form for the replacing delegate must be submitted to the Conference Organisers.

You can pay for your registration fee by credit card (MasterCard/EuroCard, Visa/Delta/Electron, Discover, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo).
Personal cheques are not accepted. 

For your information, please bear in mind that the registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
